2、是将机床主轴上的刀具与刀库或刀具传送装置上的刀具进行交换，其动作循环为：拔刀─新旧刀具交换─装刀。回转式双臂机械手刀具交换装置具有换刀时间短、动作灵活可靠等.应用最为广泛。回顾数控技术的发展已经经历了两个阶段，六代的发展历程。第一个阶段叫做NC阶段，经历了电子管、晶体管、和小规模集成电路三代。数控系统是加工中心的控制中心，它主要由（CNC）、可编程控制系统(PLC)、伺服系统构成。本次设计是运用可编程控制系统来对换刀机械手进行控制的。关键词:加工中心；换刀机械手；PLC37AbstractThispaperintroducesthedesignofthetoolchanging-man
