1、Eu2+掺杂SrO-MgO-B2O3-SiO2发光玻璃的一步法合成及其发光性能研究西南科技大学本科生毕业论文Eu掺杂SrO-MgO-SiO2-B2O3发光玻璃的一步法合成及其发光性能研究摘要:近年来,稀土离子掺杂的新型发光玻璃成为开发和研究的热点,以B2O3-SiO2体系为基质的稀土光学玻璃具有较高的化学强度、良好的介电性、较高的化学稳定性以及优异的稀土离子溶解能力,是目前人们研究稀土光学玻璃的主要系统。在还原性气氛下用一步法合成发光玻璃是一种比较常见的合成方法,此方法合成的发光玻璃结构均匀、透明性较好。本文通过一步法合
2、成了Eu2+掺杂SrO-MgO-SiO2-B2O3发光玻璃,采用XRD、红外光谱分析、荧光光谱分析等检测手段对制成的发光玻璃样品进行了分析。实验中SiO2的用量在0~2mol之间,MgO的用量在1~1.5mol之间时均能得到发光强度较高的发光玻璃,通过分析测试,结果表明样品的发光性能与样品结构中的[BO3]和[SiO4]有关。关键词:一步法;Eu2+;SrO-MgO-SiO2-B2O3;发光玻璃2+I西南科技大学本科生毕业论文PreparationandLuminescencePropertiesofEu2+-doped
