4、ternationally,bankruptcylegislationhasdevelopedfromlimitedbankruptcytogeneralbankruptcy,andChinaisnowbrewinganewunifiedbankruptcylaw.Inthiscase,theauthoranalyzestheproblemsexistingintheoperationalleveloftheparticipationdistributionsystemandsuggeststhattheproblemthatthepartici
5、pationdistributionsystemshouldsolveisstipulatedinthebankruptcylaw,whichisundoubtedlyofgreatsignificance.I.participationinthedistributionsystemandtheprinciplesembodiedinitsimplementationUndertheconditionofmarketeconomy,themarketparticipantshaveextensiveandactivehorizontalecono
