4、ioninstitution,managementsystemandoperationmechanismofaseriouschaos.Thepublicprosecutor,andinourjudicialauthenticationinstitutionsaresetonhisown,lackofcoordination,theformationofnodivision,severalindependentjudicialappraisalorganizationsystem.Thejudicialidentificationoftheoperationand
5、managementislackofcoordination,judicialdecisionsandentrustmentofjudicialappraisal,acceptance,judicialidentificationofthemainqualificationofjudicialappraisal,theruleshavenounifiedmanagementsystemandoperatingrules.Asforthejudicialauthenticationactivitiesofnonfull-timeidentificationorgan
