3、mentunderthecensusofeighteenhundredandsixty:Provided,ThatnominerallandsshallbeselectedorpurchasedundertheprovisionsofthisAct.SEC.2.Andbeitfurtherenacted,Thatthelandaforesaid,afterbeingsurveyed,shallbeapportionedtotheseveralStatesinsectionsorsubdivisionsofsections,notlessthanonequ
4、arterofasection;andwhenevertherearepubliclandsinaStatesubjecttosaleatprivateentryatonedollarandtwenty-fivecentsperacre,thequantitytowhichsaidStateshallbeentitledshallbeselectedfromsuchlandswithinthelimitsofsuchState,andtheSecretaryoftheInteriorisherebydirectedtoissuetoeachoftheSt
