3、sixty:Provided,ThatnominerallandsshallbeselectedorpurchasedundertheprovisionsofthisAct.SEC.2.Andbeitfurtherenacted,Thatthelandaforesaid,afterbeingsurveyed,shallbeapportionedtotheseveralStatesinsectionsorsubdivisionsofsections,notlessthanonequarterofasection;andwhenevertherearepubliclandsinaStatesub
4、jecttosaleatprivateentryatonedollarandtwenty-fivecentsperacre,thequantitytowhichsaidStateshallbeentitledshallbeselectedfromsuchlandswithinthelimitsofsuchState,andtheSecretaryoftheInteriorisherebydirectedtoissuetoeachoftheStatesinwhichthereisnotthequantityofpubliclandssubjecttosaleatprivateentryaton
