4、st.Whilesomeweremoreproductbrand-rooted(e.g.Tylenol),allfoundtheircorporatebrandaffected,andeffortstorescuethebrandwereundertakenatthecorporatelevel(e.g.JohnsonandJohnsonforTylenol,marketedbyJ&J'sMcNeilLaboratoriesUnit).Thustheseincidentsprovidearichsourceofinsightintotheco
