5、1993,Mexicolaunchedlarge-scaleanti-dumpinginvestigationsagainstChineseexports,imposingtemporaryanti-dumpingduties315%percentontoysand1,105%onfootwear,thehighestrateeverset.Moreandmorecountriesarealsobeginningtobringre-exportsunderthescopeofanti-dumpinginvestigations.Thismeansthatex
