8、药品经营企业应当依法经营。1．企业《药品经营许可证》、《药品经营质量管理规范认证证书》和《营业执照》在有效期内。2．企业必须依照核定的经营地址、仓库地址、经营范围、经营方式依法开展经营活动。3．企业不得有为他人以本企业的名义经营药品提供场所、资质证明文件、票据、账户等行为。4．企业不得有其他严重违反法律法规、规章等规定的行为。1．企业《药品经营许可证》、《药品经营质量管理规范认证证书》和《营业执照》在有效期内（证书延续的，应当有原发证机关出具的证书延续证明材料）。2．
