1、2.ConditionsofContractforEPC/TurnkeyProjects（Extracts)设计采购施工（EPC）/交钥匙工程合同条件(节选)4承包商4contractors4.1承包商的一般义务4.1Contractor'sGeneralObligations承包商应按照合同设计、实施和完成工程，并修补工程中的任何缺陷。完成后，工程应能满足合同规定的工程预期目的。Thecontractorshalldesign,executeandcomplete,theworksinaccordancewiththecontract,andshallremedyanyde
