4、withtheContract.Suchdocumentspecifiesthepurpose,scope,and/ordesignand/orothertechnicalcriteria,fortheWorks.1.1.1.4“Tender”meanstheContractor’ssignedofferfortheWorksandallotherdocumentswhichtheContractorsubmittedtherewith(otherthantheseConditionsandtheEmployer
