2、方颗粒事业发展提供科学依据。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为YMC-PackC18色谱柱(250×4.6mm,5µm);流动相:甲醇(B)-0.05%磷酸溶液(A);检测波长:250nm;流速:0.8ml·min-1;柱温:30℃。结果:5种马兜铃科中药饮片(各3批)中马兜铃酸A平均含量分别为:关木通4.18mg/g,马兜铃0.77mg/g,蜜马兜铃0.46mg/g,青木香0.86mg/g,寻骨风0.53mg/g;5种中药配方颗粒(各3批)马兜铃酸A平均含量分别为:关木通1.16mg/g,马兜铃
3、0.31mg/g,蜜马兜铃0.10mg/g,青木香0.39mg/g,寻骨风0.03mg/g。结论:本文所建立的方法对多种含马兜铃酸A药材与配方颗粒具有较好的适应性,可以用于其含量测定;中药配方颗粒的制作工艺对中药饮片的成分有一定影响,有必要建立相关生产监控标准、质量控制标准,用来保证中药配方颗粒的质量。关键词:马兜铃酸A;中药饮片;中药配方颗粒AssayingofAristolochicAcidAinChineseHerbalPiecesandtheTraditionalChineseMedici
