3、.ParticipationBenefitsAstheorganizeroftheHouseofExcellence,PartyBwouldauthorizerelatedbenefitstoPartyA,andthedetailedbenefitsthatPartyAwouldhavepleaserefertoAnnexIIParticipationbenefits.2.Participationfee,SecurityDepositandOtherRelatedFee3.1Participationfee:RMB【】intotal,thepaymenttermpleaseref

6、ectricity,waterandheatingsystemetc.)shallbeburdenbyPartyA,theactualpaymentamountwouldcalculatedasthebillfromrelatedprovider3.Taxes/Bankfees/CurrenciesTaxesarenotincludedintheservicefeesandcostsagreedinthisAgreement.AnybankfeesandtaxesoccurredwhenperformingthisAgreementshallbepaidbythepayer.Whe
