1、幼儿进餐教育中存在的问题及解决策略摘要:幼儿进餐活动作为一日生活常规中的环节,是培养幼儿的知识、能力和情感的重要教育契机,幼儿教师能否适时抓住这一时机促进幼儿的成长是衡量幼儿教育质量的关键指标。幼儿进餐教育活动如一面镜子,能反射出幼儿教育中的各种现象。本研究的目的是了解幼儿进餐教育活动的具体现状和教师在幼儿进餐教育中存在的问题,并通过问题寻找原因,分析其影响,提出解决策略。在整个论文的撰写过程中,本人运用文献研究法查阅了诸多相关文献资料,希望能为本文的研究奠定坚实的理论基石。本人在实习、见习期间运用了观察法记录相关信息,还有访谈法,通过与保教人员谈话获取相关信息,在分析
