1、新余市2009年第一季度房地产市场分析报告一、一季度我市房地产市场概述1月份是中国人的传统节日——春节，新余市房地产市场呈现价量齐涨的状况，新年伊始均价便达到2216元/平方米，成交量超过7.5万平米，“小阳春”行情已初露端倪；宏观面上，本月进入了政策的“空白期”，2008年密集出台的各项政策还没有开始实施，2009年新增的宏观政策也为数不多。1月份股市持续大涨，虽然经济上给了人们更多的信心。但国际金融危机仍然像梦魇一样笼罩着全球，并持续影响着中国。作为国民经济支柱的房地产行业仍然需要在这种“前途是光明
