2、fthematchingrelationshipofRibbedstemandthefemoralmarrowcavityonthestabilityofthestemintotalhiparthroplastysurgery.Methods:FromMarch2010toMarch2012,the60cases(62hips)patientsofourhospitalJointorthopaedicusedtheanatomiccementlessRibbedstemfortotalhiparthroplastysurgery

3、treatmentofhipdisease.Retrospectiveanalysisof60cases(62hips)werefollowedupforclinicalefficacyandX-rayfilm,dividedintotwogroups,GroupAofneutralpositionof30cases(32hips),GroupBofthemildvalguspositionof30cases(30hips),clinicalassessmentoftheHarrishipscoringsystem.Theradi

4、ographicevaluationaccordingtothepostoperativeandfollow-uphiprayfilms,toobservethestabilityofthefemoralstemprosthesisandpostoperativecomplications.Comparisonoftwogroups,statisticalanalysis,toinvestigatetheneutralpositionandmildvalgusmildvalguspositionoftheprosthesisoft

5、hefemoralstemintheinstallationprocessintheclinicalwhetherthedifferences.Results:IngroupApatientswithpreoperativeHarrisscoreanaverageof58.82points,recentfollow-upaftersurgery,theaverageHarrisscoreof95.46points,groupBpatientswithpreoperativeHarrisscoreanaverageof56.72po

6、ints,thelatestfollow-upaftertheaverageHarrisscore94.25points,bothgroupsweresignificantlyhigherthanbeforesurgery.X-rayshowedtwosetsoffemoralstemintogoodstability.Conclusion:Therewasnosignificantdifferenceofthefemoralprosthesisinclinicalinstallationwiththeneutralpositio
