4、ideguidanceontheAct.1.3TheToolKitisdesignedtobecomprehensive,butcanonlybeconsideredasguidanceandisnotasubstitutefortheAct.ResponsibleAuthoritieswhoareanydoubtaboutcomplianceshouldrefertotheActorseektheirownlegaladvice.1.4Specificguidancehasbeendevelopedfor
