2、hatislargeexfoliation,suchaslargeareaburns.Mostlyseenininfants1~5weeksafterbirth,rarelyseeninadultsThisdiseaseabruptonset,generalizederythemaordiffuseerythemaandedema,largeskinexfoliation,likeburnsasexposedsurface,pathogenswerecoagulasepositiveStaphylococcusaureus,isaseriousinfectiousskin
3、disease.ThisdiseaseisalsocalledStaphylococcusaureustoxicepidermalnecrosis.Thecharacteristicsofthedisease:1.skinrashisonthebasisoferythemaappearflabbybulla,alittlefriction,namelypeeling,appearancelikescald.2.generallyhavefever,anorexia,vomiting,diarrheaandothersystemicsymptoms.Staphylococc
4、usaureuscanbefoundin3.injuredsurface.[clinicalmanifestations]Theearlysyndromeshowedobviousperioralhyperemiaofstaphylococcalscaldedskin,bodyin24~28hoursinawideedematouserythema,quickstripping,occasionalNisslpositivesign(i.e.oppresswithfingerblisterroof,vesicularcontentscanexpandthemobilebu
5、lla)andblisters.Largepatchesofbrightredbareareas,suchasburns.Theaffectedlesionshadtenderness,exudation,crustingandfissure.Asmallnumberofpatientshadbullouspustulesbeforetheonsetofthedisease.Mucosallesionsarerare,butconjunctivitisandoralmucosalulcerationcanoccur.Systemicsymptomsincludesomno
6、lence,abdominaldistention,fever,anorexia,vomiting,diarrhea,etc..Therearealsonosymptoms.Thelesionsbegintohealin7~14days.Iftheconditionisseriousorthetreatmentisnottimely,itcanleadtodeath.Themortalityrateis0~5%.[diagnosis]Theearlysyndromeshowedobviousperioralhyperemiaofstaphylococcalscaldeds
