3、finfluentialinnovationshavebeendemonstratedinalkaloids,steroids,terpenoids,insecthormones,prostaglandinsandsoon.Organicinception,ZhuZiqing,LuRenrong,HuangWenkuiandotherthreegentlemen,basedonthepreviouswork,continuetocarryouttheresearchofalkaloidsin1955;Mr.LiuZhujinreturnedfromabroadal
4、sojoinedtheranksofthestudy.TheyareinvolvedintheseparationandpurificationofthealkaloidsofFritillariathunbergii,FritillariaandFritillaria,aswellastheinferenceofvariousphysicalconstantsandchemicalstructures.Itisprovedthattheyarevariantsteroidalalkaloids,andthepropertiesandstereochemistry
5、ofoxygen-containingfunctionalgroupsarepreliminarilydiscussed.Thebasicskeletonofthealkaloidtheyfirstproposedwasacceptedbytheinternationalchemicalcommunity.TheresearchresultwasawardedthethreeprizeofscienceandtechnologyachievementofChineseAcademyofSciencesin1957.In50s,theyhavetocarryoutt
6、heresearchofalkaloidandtotalalkaloidsofrauwolfia.Duetothelimitationoftheexperimentalconditionsatthattime,theirchemicalpropertiesandsomestructureswerestudiedonly.Attheendof70s,LiuZhujinagainofalkaloids,accordingtotheanalysisofNMRdataandDreidingmodeltoobserve,toinferthecompletestructure
7、ofkoumine.KoumineisChina'sorganicchemicalindustryveteranMr.ZhaoChengjiafromacomplexnaturalproductpurificationandgivesthecorrectmolecularformulaofC20H22N2Oin1931,LiuZhujinmeasuredthestructureofithasgreatacademicsignificance,researchpaperspublishedinthe"J.Am.Chem.Soc",bytheinternational
