2、较,评价各自的临床应用价值.方法64例乳腺脓肿患者根据自愿分成两组:超声引导穿刺置管引流治疗组(A组)和传统手术引流治疗组(B组).比较两组的治疗效果并观察各组患者切口愈合时间,换药次数,疼痛分级,瘢痕长度以及继续哺乳的例数等指标.结果超声引导穿刺置管引流组手术切口愈合时间(13.4±4.2)d,换药次数(4.3±1.5)次,疼痛程度评分(3.4±1.3),瘢痕长度(1.3±0.7)cm,脓腔愈合时间(10.7±5.4)d,78.1%的患者能继续哺乳,上述方面均优于传统手术引流治疗组(P<0.01).结论超声引导穿刺置管引流治疗乳腺脓肿可以缩短愈合时间,减
