2、业正面临国际化与国际分工的挑战，欲提升产业核心能力，应从产业运作实力的提升，和增加附加价值的功能著手，然而此两方面产业能力提升的根基，在於知识的开发与整合。本研究目的在以组织学习观点调查高科技产业影响知识整合及运作特性的因素以及知识整合凝聚核心能力的程度为何？透过157家高科技厂商之抽样调查和运用统计分析和倒传递类神经网路之模式，验证结果如下：（一）创新型的组织学习类型比适应型的组织学习类型在知识整合运作特性上之效率、范围和弹性的表现程度较高。（二）当知识整合的系统化程度愈高，则知识整合的运作效率愈高；然而社会化程度愈高则在知识整合运作的范围和弹

3、性则较小。（三）不同的组织学习类型在知识整合运作特性上有显著差异。（四）知识整合与运作特性上的交互作用对於核心能力的提升大体上呈现正向的显著影响作用。（五）不同产业在组织学习类型和知识整合运作特性上达到显著差异。关键词：知识整合及运作特性、组织学习类型、核心能力Abstract:Aimingatexploringthefactorsaffectingknowledgeintegrationandoperationfeaturesinhigh-techindustriesandhowknowledgeintegrationconsolidatesc
