3、区只有拥有一定的学习能力和吸收能力才能实现技术赶超.本文基于拓展的Verspagen技术赶超模型分析技术差距,技术能力与技术赶超之问的关系,得出的结论是:技术差距的缩小和技术赶超的实现都取决于后发地区的学习能力和吸收能力;对后发地区来说,通过学习能力和吸收能力的培育提升自己的技术能力可以实现技术赶超和经济收敛.因此,后发地区需要投入一定的资源,培育特色的区域创新体系和创新能力,为缩小技术差距,实现技术赶超而努力.关键词:技术差距;溢出效应;技术能力;技术赶超中图分类号:F11.0文献标识码:A文章编号:1002—9753(2008)02—0153—08TechnologyGap,Te
