1、136-260大桥预应力砼（后张）小箱梁施工技术方案一、工程概况ZAK0+216、K1+370、K10+650桥，上部均采用136-260m预应力小箱梁，下部结构基础均采用桩基础和扩大基础，桥台采用肋桥台和柱式台，全桥共195片梁。二、施工现场准备依据我部计划，开始梁板施工的准备工作，现场施工准备工作应做好以下几项工作：（一）复查和了解现场。复查和了解现场的地形、地质、文化、气象、水源、电源、料源或料场、交通运输、通信联络以及城镇建设规划、农田水利设施、环境保护等有关情况。（二）确定工程用地范围。施工单位根据施工图纸和施工临时需要确定工程用地范围。（三）道路

2、安全畅通。道路施工需要许多大型车辆机械和设备，原有道路及桥涵能否承受此种重载，必须进行调查、验算，不满足要求的应作加宽或加固处理，保证道路安全畅通。（四）做好现场规划。施工单位按照施工平面图搭设工棚、仓库、加工厂和预制厂；安装供水管线、架设供电和通信线路；设置料场、车场、搅拌站；修筑临时道路和临时排水设施等。三、施工工艺和技术方案20、25m箱梁集中在ZAK0+400线路右侧梁场集中预制，作为首件预制项目我部集中优势资源，严格要求精细施工。mainconstructionmachinesconfiguredlistofmainconstructionequi
