3、aboutaChineselanguagephenomenon,the“you+vp”construction,andtakesthegrammaticalizationtheoryasthetheoreticalbasisandtheoreticalperspectivetohaveatheoreticalandsystematicalexplanationofthegrammaticalizationprocessof“you”,andhasageneralconcludingonthecharacter
4、isticsofgrammaticalizationofchinese.InmodernChinese,theusageof“you”haschangedalot,forexample,incaseslike我有吃饭。(woyouchifan.),他有来。(tayoulai.),theusageof“you”istotallydifferentfromitsoriginalusageasapossessiveverbwhichmeanspossessionandexisting.Inthesecases,wh
5、ichisseenasthe“you+vp”constructionbytheauthor,“you”hasthegrammaticalfunction,andthegrammaticalcategoryitbelongs,themeaningsenseitconveysbothhavechangedalot.TheotherreasonforchoosingthislanguagephenomenonastheobjectofstudyisthatwhetherinancientChineseorinmod
6、ernChinese,“you”playsanimportantroleasahighfrequencyvocabularyandpeopleareveryfamiliarwiththisword,soeventhesmallestchangeaboutthewordwillbecaughtbylanguageresearchersandputthisonthestudyinglevel.Therefore,recently,especiallyafterthewesternlinguistictheorie
