3、struction,andtakesthegrammaticalizationtheoryasthetheoreticalbasisandtheoreticalperspectivetohaveatheoreticalandsystematicalexplanationofthegrammaticalizationprocessof“you”,andhasageneralconcludingonthecharacteristicsofgrammaticalizationofchinese.InmodernChinese,theusageof“you”ha
4、schangedalot,forexample,incaseslike我有吃饭。(woyouchifan.),他有来。(tayoulai.),theusageof“you”istotallydifferentfromitsoriginalusageasapossessiveverbwhichmeanspossessionandexisting.Inthesecases,whichisseenasthe“you+vp”constructionbytheauthor,“you”hasthegrammaticalfunction,andthegrammatic
5、alcategoryitbelongs,themeaningsenseitconveysbothhavechangedalot.TheotherreasonforchoosingthislanguagephenomenonastheobjectofstudyisthatwhetherinancientChineseorinmodernChinese,“you”playsanimportantroleasahighfrequencyvocabularyandpeopleareveryfamiliarwiththisword,soeventhesmalles
6、tchangeaboutthewordwillbecaughtbylanguageresearchersandputthisonthestudyinglevel.Therefore,recently,especiallyafterthewesternlinguistictheoriesarebroughtintoourcountry,manymoreresearcheson“you+vp”constructionbegintoappear.Differentpeoplehavedifferentexplanationsaboutthisphenomeno
