6、yerbeforeexercisingaspecifiedauthority,therequirementsshallbeasstatedintheParticularConditions.TheEmployershallpromptlyinformtheContractorofanychangetotheauthorityattributedtotheEngineer.However,whenevertheEngineerexercisesaspecifiedauthorityforwhichtheEmploy
7、er'sapprovalisrequired,then(forthepurposesoftheContract)theEmployershallbedeemedtohavegivenapproval.ExceptasotherwisestatedintheseConditions: (a)whenevercarryingoutdutiesorexercisingauthority,specifiedinorimpliedbytheContract,theEngineershallbedeemedtoactfort
