2、发展,劳动关系也随着发展为多样化的。多个利益相关者的各种不同的利益需求,要求建立合理、公正、民主的争议解决机制。建立这种机制不仅需要有高度发达的经济、文化和政治土壤,还需要法律作为制度保障。然而现在的劳动争议非诉讼解决机制有诸多不尽人意之处。本文主要目的是通过对劳动争议非诉讼解决机制的一般性介绍,寻求国外相关的成功经验,总结其不足的地方,为完善我国劳动争议非诉讼解决机制提供了具体的建议。本文分为四章,第一章主要研究了劳动争议非诉讼解决机制的概念、特征和类型;第二章介绍了我国具体的劳动争议非诉解决机制,分析了其存在的问题;第三章对美国、英国、日本、德国和法国的劳动争议非诉解
