3、ds:Peptidedendrimers,synthesis,RGDDendrimersareknownfortheirwell—defined,regular,highlybranchedarchitectureswithalargenumberoffunctionalgroups.Recently.dendrimershavebeenwidelyresearchedindifferentfields,suchasmolecularlighthavesting,catalysts,liquidc
4、rystals,molecularenqapsulation,anddrugdeliveryRGDfragment,whichisanessentialpeptidesequenceoftheintegrinligands,playsanimportantroleinvariousbiologicalprocedures.SomeRGDanalogueshavedisplayedstrongantagonistactivityofthefibrinogenreceptors.Dendrimersc
5、onjugatebiologicalactivepeptideshavebeenprovedapossiblewaytoincreasetheiractivities.Wdevelopedanoveltypeofpeptidedendrimerswithafour-directional,high—densitycore.Weexpectthedendriticarchitectureswillincreasetheactivityofpeptidesthroughadensesurfaceofl
