1、研究新型护理干预对早产低体重儿喂养不耐受的影响作用　　【摘要】目的：研究新型护理干预对早产低体重儿喂养不耐受的影响作用。方法：选取2014年　　1月-2015年6月于本院新生儿科接受治疗的早产低体重儿80例作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。两组患儿均接受静脉营养和常规治疗，对照组采用传统常规护理方式，观察组采用新型护理干预，比较两组早产儿喂养相关情况和耐受性。结果：观察组鼻胃管留置时间、全肠道营养时间及恢复出生体质量所需时间均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组患儿胃残留率、腹

2、胀发生率、呼吸暂停率均明显低于对照组，喂养耐受性明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：早产低体重儿采用新型护理干预方式可以有效提高经肠道喂养耐受性，降低喂养不耐受性的概率，还可以促进早产低体重儿胃肠道功能的逐渐成熟，降低一系列的相关并发症。　　【关键词】新型护理干预；早产低体重儿；不耐受　　StudytheEffectofNewNursingInterventiononFeedingIntoleranceinPretermLowBirthWeightInfants/LYUCui-mei.//Medic
