4、tailedprocessisintheITservicelevelagreementThemonitoringprocess(annex1).The"ITservicelevelagreement"mustbesignedbytheheadoftheinformationdepartmentandtheheadofthekeysystem.CompanyinformationaccordingtotheformulationoftheITservicelevelagreements(slas)tomonitorITservicelevelsituation,everysixmonths
5、intheITservicelevelagreements(slas)toexaminethekeyperformanceindicators,andfillouttheITservicelevelassessmentreport(attachment3).The"ITservicelevelassessmentreport"mustbereviewedandsignedbytheheadoftheinformationdepartmentandthekeysystem.CompanyinformationtoevaluatetheITservicelevelagreements(sla
6、s)eachyear,accordingtotherelatedchangeofkeysystemandevaluatetheresultsoftheITservicelevelagreementcontentupdated.oneInthethirdquarterContentoftheITservicelevelagreementArticle9.Article10.IntheITservicelevelagreement,thecorrespondingkeyindicatorsandprotocolsshouldbeclearlydefinedEffectivedate.Keyi
