5、apableofdepositinguniformfilmslargerthan150mmindiameter.TheinfraredtransmissionspectraofDLCfilmsindicatingthattransparentfilmswereobtainedintheinfraredregionforthesinglesideDLCcoatedonthesiliconandgermaniumsubstrates,andabout68.83%and63.05%transmittancewereachievedrespec
6、tivelyatthewavenumberof2983Pcm,closetotheoreticalvaluefornon2absorptioncarbonmaterial.Noobviousabsorptionpeakswerefoundbetween5000and800Pcm.Theseexcellentcharacteristicsshowthatthehydrogen2freeDLCfilmspreparedintheUBMSsystemweresuitableforinfraredtransmissionenhancementa
