1、腹腔镜经腹腔输尿管切开取石加肾折叠术治疗输尿管结石并重度肾积水【摘要】目的总结腹腔镜下经腹输尿管切开取石加肾折叠术治疗输尿管结石并重度肾积水的经验。方法用腹腔镜经腹输尿管切开取石加肾折叠术治疗输尿管结石并重度肾积水18例，患者平均33岁，结石直径5～28mm，2例伴肾下盏多发结石，结石3～8个。根据X线定位，切开后腹膜，暴露输尿管，用自制刀切开输尿管取出结石。于肾下极菲薄处切开，取出肾下极结石。置入双J管，缝合切口。随之行肾折叠术。结果18例手术均获成功。随访3~8个月无并发症发生。结论应用腹腔镜经腹输尿管切开取石加肾折叠术治疗输尿管结石并重度肾积水疗效好，患者痛苦小，值得推广。�【
