1、前路保留终板植骨融合重建颈椎稳定性【摘要】目的探讨前路保留终板植骨融合重建颈椎稳定性的临床疗效。方法2002年2月至2006年8月，采用前路保留终板植骨融合重建颈椎稳定性87例，所有患者行减压或病灶清除术后保留终板植骨融合重建颈椎稳定性，其中单椎体71例，双椎9例，椎间隙植骨融合7例。将术后第一次X线片与最后一次随访时X线片进行对比，分析融合节段高度和颈椎曲度变化情况。结果所有病例平安度过围手术期，无手术相关并发症发生。13例于术后5～11个月内死亡，68例患者术后获得14～51个月随访，平均28.6个月。随访病例植骨均于术后6～9个月骨性融合，融合率100%，融合节段高度平均降
