1、原发性高血压患者血压变化规律及自主神经功能关系探析【摘要】目的了解高血压病患者血压变化规律与植物神经功能的关系。方法选择高血压病患者(观察组)及血压正常者(对照组)各110例,同步进行24h动态血压和动态心电图检查,对两组患者各参数进行对照分析。结果①观察组动态血压各参数均明显高于对照组(P<0.05~0.001),SDNN、HF低于或显著低于对照组(P<0.05~0.01),LF、LF/HF均高于对照组(P<0.05)。②观察组夜间血压下降率减低(P<0.05),其心率变异性指标中,除SDNN白昼较夜间增高外(P<0.05),其他指标无明
2、显差异。而对照组HRV各指标则与动态血压昼夜节律呈现出良好的相关性变化。结论高血压病患者交感、迷走神经功能双重受损,表现为HRV减低和昼夜节律消失。提示临床在治疗上除积极降压外,还应考虑自主神经功能的受损情况,给予相应的处理。【关键词】高血压;植物神经功能;动态血压;心率变异性RelationshipofbloodpressurevariatyregulationandplantnervefunctioninpatientswithprimuryhypertensionLIXiao-zhu,CHENEn,FENG7Pei-lan.TheCe
