1、学会沟通加强互动叶建中：教科室主任几天前，学校组织老师们听了余世维博士的《打造高绩效团队》DV非互动讲座。现结合工作谈两点感受。一、学会沟通，利于团结首先，学会沟通交流，自觉维护团结，是加强团队建设的重要保证。顾名思义，团队，是团结的队伍。没有团结，加强团队建设只能是纸上谈兵。千年修得同船渡，万年修得同室坐。能在同一办公室共事确实是缘分。由于性别差异、性格差异、情绪差异、工作思路差异等因素，在工作中难免发生争论和摩擦，甚至出现暂时的不快。一旦出现这种情况，首先要进行换位思考，学会站在对方的位置上思考问题，体谅对方当时的心境和难处，反省自身存在的不足和问题，把双方的矛盾和问题想得简单
2、化，避免复杂化，力争大事化小、小事化了。坚决避免无事生非、上纲上线，芝麻小事演变成矛盾纠纷。其次，主动沟通。沟通交流是消除矛盾隔阂的有效办法，要敢于放下架子，主动找别人谈心、解释情况，直至主动道歉也无妨。第三，平时要严以律己，宽以待人。在工作中，都要严格以职业操守要求自己，经常提醒自己扎扎实实做事、认认真真做人。予人玫瑰，手留余香。对待同事要常存关爱、宽容之心，做到真诚待人、宽厚待人、以理服人，不兴风作浪，混淆视听。有委屈一笑而过，遭报复一觉而过，以自己的实际言行赢得室友们的尊重。二、加强互动，协作支持constructionandsafety,security,fireprote
