1、1.GENERALPROVISIONS1.1.ThebindingregulationsfortheSeaCommercialPortofIllichivsk(hereinafterreferredtoasthe“BindingRegulations”)havebeenissuedonthebasisofArt.78,MerchantShippingCodeofUkraine.1.2.TheBindingRegulationsextendtoanyshipsandvesselssailingunderanyflagsa
2、ndsubordinationinthePortwatersandalsotoenterprises,organizations,institutions,legalentitiesandnaturalpersonsthatcarryouttheiractivitiesintheterritoryandthePortwaterarea.Besides,allshipsandvesselsthatcallatthePortofIllichivskarerequiredtoabidetoallinternationalla
3、wsacknowledgedbyUkraineasamaritimestate.IgnoranceoflawsortheseBindingRegulationsshallnotbeanexcusefromresponsibilityfortheirbreach.1.3.TheseBindingRegulationsshallinureonthedayofissuanceofOrderontheirapprovalbyMasterofSEACOMMERCIALPORTOFILLICHIVSK.FromthenontheB
4、indingRegulations2007loseeffect.1.4.MastersofUkrainianshipscallingatPortmayobtaintheBindingRegulationsfromtheirpilotorthePortMaster’sAdministration,andMastersofforeignships–fromtheiragent.1.5.TheterritoryoftheSeaCommercialPortofIllichivsk(SCPI)stretches,inthefor
5、mofaband,alongPiers##1-12and14-25fromtheentrancedeepintotheshoreoftheSukhyiLimanandincludesPiers##26-28(ferrycomplex),Pier#29(gascomplex)andtheNorthSpit.Thesaidbandoftheterritory–thedistancefromthewateredgetothefence–hasvaryingwidth:200to1,000meters.1.6.ThePortw
