1、泰山学院本科毕业论文塑料热解产物的气相色谱分析所在学院化学与化工学院专业名称化学工程与工艺申请学士学位所属学科工学年级二〇一〇级学生姓名、学号单春燕2010100111指导教师姓名、职称张建平副教授完成日期二〇一四年五月摘要塑料作为优异的合成材料已经被应用到国民生产、生活的各方各面,成为应用范围最广范的材料之一。但是随着塑料工业的发展,废旧塑料造成的污染问题已成为各国科研人员研究的重点研究内容。本文介绍了当下废旧塑料处理的主要方式以及发展现状,重点研究了废旧塑料的热裂解和催化裂解制备燃料油的特征,讨论裂解温度对汽油收率的影响,研究表明聚乙烯、聚丙烯热解时分别在460、430℃下有最大汽油收率,
2、在该温度段内汽油收率有一峰值。柴油收率、残渣收率会增加。气体收率、重油收率减小。其次,本文研究了气相色谱-质谱联用法测定分析废聚丙烯热裂解和催化裂解制备汽油的分析方法。采用质谱法对色谱图中各组分进行定性分析,采用峰面积归一化法进行定量分析。最后,在定性分析和定量分析的基础上采用分组计算法计算聚丙烯热裂解和催化裂解所得汽油的辛烷值。其范围在80-90之间,是比较适合制备汽油。关键词:废旧塑料,热裂解,催化裂解,气相色谱-质谱联用,回收处理I泰山学院本科毕业论文ABSTRACTPlasticasexcellentsyntheticmaterialshavebeenappliedtothenatio

4、chfocuson.Thispaperintroducesthecurrentwasteplasticprocessingmethodanddevelopmentstatus.Focusonthewasteheatcrackingandcatalyticcracking,thecharacteristicsofthepreparationoffueloil,discussestheeffectofpyrolysistemperatureontheyieldofgasoline,polyethylene,polypropylenepyrolysisstudyfoundrespectivelyat
