4、Y:Theserulesdealwithavarietyofsubjectsincludingcertifications,locationandcircumstancesofcompetitions,conductofcompetitors,andthepowersofmembersoftheAuthority.SECTION1.Location.Nomixedmartialartscontestshallbeconductedexceptinthecityortownspecifiedinthecertificateissuedandin

5、suchplaceinthecityortownasareapprovedbytheAuthority.SECTION2.Exhibitions.Nomixedmartialarts"exhibitions"shallbeallowedwithoutspecialpermissionfromtheAuthority.An"exhibition"isamixedmartialartscontestconductedpursuanttoallrulespromulgatedbytheAuthority,otherthanaswaivedbythe

6、Authorityinattendancegivendueconsiderationtothesafetyofthecompetitors,whichcontestshallconcludewithnodecisionrendered.SECTION3.Certificates.1.AllapplicationsforcertificationsorpermitsshallbemadeuponformsfurnishedbytheAuthority.Associationsorpersonsholdingcertificatesorpermi

7、tsissuedbythisAuthorityshallnotloanthecertificateorpermitnorconductacontestunderanynameotherthanthatstatedinthecertificateorpermit.2.AllcertificatesissuedbytheAuthoritymustbecarriedonthepersonatalltimes,tobeshowntoproperofficialwhenrequested.3.Uponreceiptoftheircertificate,
