4、ALARTSCOMPETITIONS/EXHIBITIONSSUMMARY:Theserulesdealwithavarietyofsubjectsincludingcertifications,locationandcircumstancesofcompetitions,conductofcompetitors,andthepowersofmembersoftheAuthority.SECTION1.Location.Nomixedmartialartscontestshallbeconductedexceptint

5、hecityortownspecifiedinthecertificateissuedandinsuchplaceinthecityortownasareapprovedbytheAuthority.SECTION2.Exhibitions.Nomixedmartialarts"exhibitions"shallbeallowedwithoutspecialpermissionfromtheAuthority.An"exhibition"isamixedmartialartscontestconductedpursua

6、nttoallrulespromulgatedbytheAuthority,otherthanaswaivedbytheAuthorityinattendancegivendueconsiderationtothesafetyofthecompetitors,whichcontestshallconcludewithnodecisionrendered.SECTION3.Certificates.1.Allapplicationsforcertificationsorpermitsshallbemadeuponform

7、sfurnishedbytheAuthority.AssociationsorpersonsholdingcertificatesorpermitsissuedbythisAuthorityshallnotloanthecertificateorpermitnorconductacontestunderanynameotherthanthatstatedinthecertificateorpermit.2.AllcertificatesissuedbytheAuthoritymustbecarriedonthepers

8、onatalltimes,tobeshowntoproperofficialwhenrequested.3.Uponreceiptoftheircertificate,mixedmartialartistsmustattachtothereversesideoftheircertificateapassporttypephotoo
