4、sofurbanlow-incomefamilies.Secondallegedhousing,referstothegovernmenttoprovidepreferentialpolicies,limiteddwellingsizeandsalesprice,inaccordancewithreasonablestandardsofconstruction,thecitylow-incomefamilyhousingdifficultiesofsupply,asecuritynatureofthehousingpolicy.Articlethirdofthesemeasuresapplic
5、abletothecity'surbanareaswithinthescopeofaffordablehousingconstruction,trading,useandsupervisionandmanagement.FourthMunicipalPeople'sgovernmentrealestateadministrativedepartmentsresponsibleforthecity'seconomicapplicationofhousingmanagement,thecity'shousingsecurityinstitutionsarespecificallyresponsib
