1、保心合剂对自身免疫性慢性心肌损伤模型小鼠的实验研究±芏土鲎盎查』—Mo—dernTraditionalChineseMedicine2005年第1卷第1?论着?保心合剂对自身免疫性慢性心肌损伤模型小鼠的实验研究徐丽,郑华,骆明军,张道亮?23?【摘要】目的研究保心合剂对自身免疫性慢性心肌损伤模型小鼠的免疫调节及心肌保护作用的作用机制.方法通过腹腔接种含cVB3的vero细胞冻融液建立自身免疫性慢性心肌损伤模型,随机分为4组,A组(保心合剂大剂量给药组),B组(保心合剂中剂量给药组),C组(保心合剂小剂量
2、给药组),M组(空白模型组),并设正常对照组(N组),检测各组小鼠外周血中细胞因子(TNF—n,IL一6)水平及抗心肌抗体(抗ADWATP载体抗体,抗受体抗体)阳性率.结果抗心肌抗体(抗ADP/NFP载体抗体,抗pl受体抗体)阳性率:M组阳性率分别为77.78%,100%,A,B,C组阳性率则明显下降,3种不同剂量给药组之间阳性率差异无显着性(P>0.05).血清细胞因子(TNV—n,IL一6)水平:M组TNF—n及IL一6水平均高于给药组(P<0.05),3种不同剂量给药组之间差异无显着性
3、(P>0.05),M组及A,B,C三个给药组细胞因子水平与N组相比,差异有显着性(P<0.05).结论保心合剂具有免疫调节及心肌保护作用,其作用机制可能是通过降低抗心肌抗体阳性率进行免疫调节,降低细胞因子水平,改善心功能,从而起到心肌保护作用.【关键词】心肌病;充血陛;自身抗体;TNF一Ⅱ;IL一6;保心合剂【中图分类号】R285.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1681—2476(2005)01—0023—03Influenceof"BaoxinHeji"onthechronicautoim
