5、ingeneral,haveseveralmotivationalfactorsthatareeitherintrinsictotheirpersonalityorshapedbytheirenvironmentandmayhavemultipleandchangingobjectivesthatareoftencontradictory(FreyandEichenberger,2001).Valuesaresubjecttochoicesandchangewiththepersonalexperienceofindividuals.Thischangeinvaluesmodi
6、fiestheobjectivesthatindividualsattempttoattain(Akerlof,1983).Giventhatmanagershavechecksontheirperformance(fromcompetition,shareholders,customersandemployees)theyoftendomaketheirchoicesmorecarefullythanasiftheyactedasindividuals.Butmanagersarenotimmunetomoral,culturalandothersocialinfluence
