1、中西医结合治疗封闭抗体不足性反复流产46例临床观察【摘要】目的:探讨中西医结合治疗封闭抗体不足性反复流产的临床疗效。方法：选择确诊患者86例，随机分为西医治疗对照组40例，中西医结合治疗组46例。对照组采用丈夫淋巴细胞免疫治疗，治疗组采用加味玉屏风散联合丈夫淋巴细胞免疫治疗，免疫治疗3周注射一次，4次为一个疗程，观察2个周期，并观察其妊娠结局。结果：86例均完成了治疗，对照组在免疫治疗一个疗程后，封闭抗体全部转阳有11例，第二疗程有21例；治疗组在第一个疗程后转阳24例，第二疗程有20例。对照组共有

2、30例成功妊娠，治疗组共有42例成功妊娠。治疗组在BA的转阳速度、转阳率和成功妊娠率上都优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗封闭抗体不足性反复流产疗效肯定，但其具体的作用机制仍有待于进一步深入研究。【关键词】中西医结合；封闭抗体；反复流产；免疫治疗IntegratedwesternandChinesetherapyonrecurrentspontaneousabortioncausedbyblockingantibodydeficiencyZHOUAixiang9Dep
