5、ththeadministrationofpublicaffairsorganizationandadministrativeorgansentrustedtheimplementationofadministrativepunishment,inaccordancewiththeprovisionsoflaws,regulationsorrules,thecitizensandlegalpersonsandotherorganizationstoimplementadministrativepunishmentsoftheconfiscatedproperty;(tw
6、o)thepropertyconfiscatedbythejudicialorgansinhandlingvariouscasesandtherecoveryofstolenmoneyandstolengoodsinaccordancewiththelawshallbeturnedovertothestatetreasury;(three)nonownerpropertywhichisrequiredtobeturnedovertothestatetreasury.Gifts,cashgifts,etc.,whicharepaidtothestatetreasuryby
