4、hirty(30)dayswrittennotice.OwnermayterminatethisAgreementimmediatelybytenderingtoAgentwithwrittennoticeofterminationonefullmonth'smanagementfeelessoneplusthenumberofconsecutivemonthsthemanagementagreementhasbeenenforce.Theamountofthemanagementfeeshallbethesameasthat

5、chargedagainsttheoperatingaccountforthemonthimmediatelyprecedingthemonthoftermination.Intheeventthepropertyisvacantatthetimeoftermination,themanagementfeeshallbecomputedonthepostedrentattimeoftermination.5.DeliveryofNotice-Noticeofterminationshallbedeliveredinperson

6、orbycertifiedorregisteredmail.6.TerminationUponSale-ThisAgreementshallterminateautomaticallyuponthesaleofthePropertyoruponterminationofOwner'srightstocollectrentstherefromoruponre-occupancybytheOwner.7.NoticeofSale-OwnershallnotifyAgentinwritingatleastthirty(30)days

7、priortosaledate.AgentshallprovidetheOwnerthefollowingwithrespecttothesaleofthepropertyuptoonedaypriortosaledate:a)Itemizationofsecuritydepositliabilitypertenant.b)Itemizationofrentscollectedpertenant.c)KeysforOwnerorhisagenttoaccesspropertytoperforminteriorinspectio
