3、口，长约15cm.分离皮下及肌肉组织显露颈段气管.切取一5环气管段，测量管腔横径(a1)及前后径(b1)［3］，青霉素生理盐水溶液冲洗后，A组迅速原位再植；B组于双侧胸骨舌骨肌胸骨甲状肌联合肌瓣包裹自体移植段及上下吻合口；C组行肌瓣包裹异体移植段.30无损伤缝线对端全层褥式外翻吻合气管并逐层缝合颈部切口.1.2.3术后处理及取材时间所有动物均于术毕立即肌注青霉素80万u，相同条件喂养.A组动物存活未能超过3entopexyfortrachealautographs［J］.AnnThoracSurg,19
