1、青少年网络成瘾心理行为干预研究_医学论文青少年网络成瘾心理行为干预研究_医学论文【关键词】网络成瘾；心理行为干预；青少年；自尊量表；网络成瘾量表　　【摘要】目的探讨心理行为干预对青少年网络成瘾的影响。方法将120名≤18a的青少年随机分为实验组和对照组，每组各60名。实验组以自尊、自信、人际关系、压力应对，以及健康使用电脑和网络为主题进行干预，40min𞧏次・w-1，共干预4次。对照组在相同时间内进行与本干预无关的课程。干预前后采用自编问卷、自尊量表、网络成瘾量表进行评定分析。结果实验组干预后自编问卷评分显著高于干预前（t＝

2、2.781，P＜0.01）；干预后两组间自编问卷评分有显著性差异（t=2.635，P＜0.05）。自尊量表评分干预后与干预前组内、组间比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）。网络成瘾量表评分两组干预后均较干预前有所下降，但组内、组间比较差异均无显著性（P＞0.05）。实验组干预后自编问卷单项因子回答正确率较干预前普遍提高，对照组多项因子回答正确率普遍降低。结论对青少年网络成瘾高危人群进行心理行为干预，能有效提高对网络成瘾问题的认识和对网络的正确使用。　　【关键词】网络成瘾；心理行为干预；青少年；自尊量表；网络成瘾量表　　Psychologicalandb
