1、变应性鼻炎及鼻中隔偏曲相关性探究【摘要】目的探讨变应性鼻炎与鼻中隔偏曲的关系,为伴有鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎手术治疗提供依据。方法选取72例伴有鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎的患者,随机分成A、B二组,A组行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术加常规药物治疗、B组采用常规药物治疗。选取36例不伴有鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎患者为C组,行鼻中隔黏膜下剥离术加常规药物治疗。随访12个月,观察疗效,进行相关性分析。结果治疗后1周A、B、C三组的总有效率均为100%,1个月时三组的总有效率分别为A组:100%、B组:18.8%、C组:100%,
2、各组之间疗效差异有统计学意义,A、C组疗效明显高于B组,6个月时三组的总有效率分别为A组:95%、B组:全部复发、C组88.9%,A、C组疗效差异无统计学意义,12个月时A、C组的总有效率分别为A组:90%、C组:69.4%,二组疗效差异有统计学意义,A组高于C组。结论予伴有鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎患者行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术治疗,有较好疗效。变应性鼻炎发病与鼻中隔偏曲有关,对伴有鼻中隔偏曲的变应性鼻炎患者可行鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术治疗。【关键词】变应性鼻炎;常年性;鼻中隔偏曲;鼻中隔矫正术Correlationo
