1、乳腺癌复发转移特点与分子分型相关性研究张莹徐斌刘慧作者单位：450000郑州大学附属肿瘤医院（河南省肿瘤医院）乳腺科三病区通信作者：刘慧Email：liuhui691221@163.com邵营波陈琦刘朝俊贺亚宁摘要目的：探索乳腺癌术后复发转移特点与分子分型的相关性，为复发转移性乳腺癌患者进行个体化治疗提供理论依据及预测预后。方法：回顾性分析190例复发转移性乳腺癌患者的临床资料并进行统计学分析，复发转移部位、数量、及分子分型改变率的差异性比较采用c2检验，Kaplan-Meier法用于生存率的的估计，Log-rank检验进行组间生存率比较。结果：HER-2enrich型及

2、TripleNegative型易存在多发转移灶，但差异无统计学意义(P=0.502)。LuminalA型变异率最高；HER-2enrich型变异率最低，差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。HER-2enrich型及TripleNegative更易发生局部复发和区域淋巴结转移，但差异无统计学意义(P=0.112)。Luminal型乳腺癌易发生骨转移(P<0.001)，HER-2enrich型及TripleNegative型乳腺癌易发生内脏转移(P=0.048)。HER-2enrich型及TripleNegative型乳腺癌易早期出现复发转移(P<0.0001)，局部复发和区

3、域淋巴结转移(P<0.0001)，内脏转移(P<0.0001)。各分型乳腺癌出现骨转移的时间差异无统计学意义(P=0.642)，无进展生存期各分型间也无差异(P=0.171)。结论：乳腺癌的复发转移特点与原发灶分子分型密切相关，分子分型可作为预测患者预后的依据，对乳腺癌术后复发转移进行个体化筛查及治疗有重要意义。关键词：分子分型；转移性乳腺癌，对比分析CharacteristicsandmoleculartypingofbreastcancerrecurrenceandmetastasisZhangYingXuBinLiuHuiShaoYingboChenQiLiuCha
