3、havesomeprotectiveeffectonmotoneurons.【KeyRNA表达的意义.方法:首先建立脊神经根性撕脱伤的动物模型,采用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法检测损伤前后Eta1mRNA在脊髓运动神经元中表达的变化.结果:损伤前Eta1在脊髓运动神经元中微量表达.损伤后3d,损伤侧脊髓运动神经元总数减少31.6%,但表达Eta1的运动神经元数量增加52.5%.结论:脊神经根撕脱后Eta1在脊髓运动神经元内上调表达可能是对神经元本身的一种保护.【关键词】Eta1;脊髓;脊神经根/损伤0引言Eta1是一种磷酸
